Banana Nut Smoothie
serves: 1 Vegan
1 ripe banana
1/2 c VitaSoy Vanilla Soymilk
2 TBSP Northern Edge Milled Flaxseed
1 tsp nuts, chopped (almonds or pecans)
1 TBSP honey, to taste *
* Works well with agave nectar or maple syrup
Helpful Hint: Slice and freeze bananas prior to use.
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Mix until rich and
creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
